This is what it truly boils down to. Having broad shoulders and a tapered torso is a fashion cheat.

But finding the right fitting clothes for your build is also important.

Its the fabric. The cotton blend is what makes the difference, because too much polyester losses elasticity over time. More cotton and less polyester seems to drape over your shape better. The manufacturers are getting away with increasing the synthetic materials over cotton.

The cheaper outfit is gonna shrink...fade...tear...and get worn out 5x faster than the designer joints. Not to mention a $15 pair of shades in 2022 was probably bought at the Halloween store or 7-11.

Designer is a easy way out. Throw on labels and think you fly.
No, you not flyer than anybody in a $500 plain white tee :skip:
Designer or not, the determining factor is materials used.

So evidently, the more expensive it is to craft said pieces to maintain genuine fabrics and materials, the higher they're priced.

I've had the same LV skully for nearly 3.5 years now and it still fits the same, and the fabric hasn't lost it's quality. A $300 skully.

You wouldn’t understand how these D&G joggers feel on my body. Much better than regular joggers. Still not worth $400 something dollars but it’s a clear increase in quality. With that said, all designer clothing not great quality. My people at Saks be telling me don’t even fukk with Dior cause quality ain’t worth it. I can’t confirm that cause I never brought none. But they know what the fukk they talking about.

I wear designer but I’m not a designer head like that. I just ordered some joggers from Amazon essentials for $20. So I can recognize how overpriced designer is, but still but enough of it to o ow it’s generally better quality clothes.
I'm not gonna lie designer high end sweats seem like a rip off.

Wanted to get some Thom Browne's sweatsuits but I don't know if I'm really trying to pay 600 for a pair of sweatpants or 700 for a fleece hoodie bet its nice though.

For the most part they are. I like my cheap joggers just as much as my designer ones. The designer ones look more fly and better quality. But ain’t no damn joggers worth $500 and shyt. I’m never gonna sit here and try and justify the prices on designer. shyt overpriced.

But sometimes shyt be as simple as if I want it and I can afford, then it I’m gonna get it. I’m into fashion like that. I’m a fashion head, not a designer head. So I wear overpriced shyt, regular shyt, cheap shyt. One of my favorite recent jackets is a $30 retro Nike jacket from a thrift shop. And I have my limits too. Like I got $800 sneakers and shyt. I refuse to pay 2k and shyt like that though. That’s why I don’t rock Louie. shyt too overpriced to me. It be fly be but I’m not spending that much. A Louie backpack or duffel bag though, I’ll spend a check. Just depend on what floats your boat

I used to be on the cheap clothes and shoe wave until I stepped my game up and noticed how nice and how durable some luxury products can be and they actual workout cheaper in the long run than cheap shyt

My luxury calf skin leather sneakers are still going strong years later. The margom sole:ohlawd:compared to the crappy nike and addidas that fall apart after 2 years of constant use

The same reason why people buy luxury cars…. They have the exact same function of getting you from point A to but the experience is vastly superior in luxury, that’s what you’re paying for.

No difference with designer clothes. You feel the quality in the material. Now some brands have fallen off (Gucci) but I’ve got to give it to the Italians (not the groin grabbing WOPs here), they know how to make quality.

No, Chrome Hearts isn’t even a hypebeast brand, it’s a leather brand that makes 1 of 1 leathers for old washed up rock musicians. The only thing Chrome Hearts marked up is their cheap screenprinted merch hoodies and tees that hood nikkas and hypebeast buy.

".
You can get high quality leather on the mid 4 figures. Chrome hearts has turned into a hype east brand.. unfortunately

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
As someone with a clothing line, anyone saying they can mimic designer clothing is fukking lying.

Yes you can have the same colors and look, no problem. Just like I'm sure that steak from Ruby Tuesday's LOOKS just like the one that costs $500.. But I assure you, it's not.

You can walk in a designer boutique and feel the fabrics and tell the difference. You can look at the stitching and tell the difference. Not the cheap shyt they make to sell in Macy's. Go into an actual Versace store and pick up their $300 sweatpants and tell me they feel anything like the shyt for $50. They don't even look the same. The buttons ain't the same. The weight ain't the same. The design is just a liiiiiiiiiiiitle bit off. It's just not matching up.

Again.. I'm not talking about a $500 white tee. I'm talking about a pair of jeans. A dress shirt. A tie.. It's just different. Same with a lot of clothes. You ever put on a $1000 tailor made suit :banderas: It's just different

Speaking of material quality, another thing people overlook is there's levels to this shyt

Take cashemere for example, the finest casmere wool comes from baby goat in the mongolian mountain region, most luxury
companies in other to cut cost and because baby goat cashmere are rare, they use adult goat's wool instead which is still very high quality

Hence why loro paina is the rolls royce of cashmere sweater/fabric game and that's reflected in their price tag

Ditto cordovan leather

It doesn’t cost that much to get quality clothes. These designers charge double what it takes to sell a piece at and be profitable.

I see nothing wrong with having a few designer pieces that you’re gonna wear for years, but to go overboard with it, makes you look like a clown. I don’t care how rich I am, you won’t see me walking around in a Dior Jacket, with logos all over it or some sneakers that cost $800 that I will be laughed at for wearing when they go out of style.
