The bottomline?:dahell:

The bottom line is Jordan was 30 when he won his 3rd....LeBron was 29 & 30 and was losing in the NBA Finals and we don't know the outcome of him at 31 just yet.

I say that to say 2 things....don't compare his Championship resume to Jordan's because Bron's would never compare, & secondly, Jordan was still winning NBA Championships (already had 3 by 30 years old) while LeBron is still searching for his 3rd ring at 31 years old even though he's had double the amount of attempts than Jordan had (3 for Jordan...6 for LeBron) to do so.

Lebron ends his career with 6 rings would it matter how many times he lost in his finals lmao.

It''s dumb. Most superstars can't even get two the finals twice.

Only Lebron has these ridiculous stipulations and concenssions lmao

Jordan had two hall of famers, Pippen and Rodman lmao.

Jordan's teams were stacked and Jordan had the weakest comp in the Finals.

None of the teams he beat were all time great teams.

If Lebron beats Golden state, he has a better run than Jordan.

Golden State, The Spurs, and The Thunder are better than any of the teams jordan beat in the finals lmao.

The best team Jordan beat were the Utah fukking jazz where he was guarded by Brian Russell lmao.

Warriors have no pressure, IMO. They won one last year. 73 games this year. Made it out of the West after being down 3-1.

LeBron needs this or else he will get killed. Especially with how they breezed through the East. Can't have his stans crying no Love or Kyrie and lose with them healthy 12 months later.

Jerry West lost something like 8 finals.

He's the LOGO now.

Bron will be fine. He's a champion and a top 5 player of all time.

If the warriors lose though it will be like the Patriots losing the perfect season. It'll be a bigger disappointment relatively.

In comparision to others? yes it does.

Being 6-0 in the NBA Finals will always beat being 6-4 (that's if LeBron wins 4 straight Championships):manny:

True...but we talking about the Legends of Legends. The Best of the Best. The Jordan, Kobe, Shaq, Magic, LeBron, Bird, Kareem, Russell, Wilt, Duncan have all been to the NBA Finals at least 5 times so breaking down their Finals wins/losses is fine.

Only Lebron has these ridiculous stipulations and concenssions lmao

Once again, Wilt Chamberlain was always talked about the fact he wasn't winning Championships. He had the exact same NBA Finals record that LeBron has today....2-4.

I'll leave it up Jordan fans to respond to all this:yeshrug:

Jerry West became the NBA Logo in 1969....not 2016.

In 1969, it was either Bill Russell or Wilt Chamberlain as the best in the NBA and being that the time period/era was heavy on their :mjpls: phase, we can take an educated guess as to why Jerry West was picked over them (without ever being named a league MVP or winning any Championships at the time while Russell had 5 MVPs & 11 Championships and Wilt had 4 MVPs and 1 Championships) as well as it just so happening to be the exact same year Jerry West became the only player in NBA History to be named NBA Finals MVP while playing on the losing team:yeshrug:

We know the true reason West was picked as the "face of the NBA":sas2:

LeBron can retire today and he's still top 10 at worst.

If he loses this Finals and comes back to win next year no one's gonna give a fukk about this loss. :mjlol: Matter of fact no one is gonna give a fukk about LeBron's finals record in 20 years once his career is all said and done. That Finals record bullshyt is just some narrative haters made up to try and discredit him. No one gave a fukk about a Finals record until he lost in 2014.

The Warriors on the other hand must win this year or this season is gonna be looked at as a failure. They most likely are never gonna win 73 games again so this is their only shot. :yeshrug:

I would offer in depth analysis but it is a matter of opinion I suppose and I respect your opinion.

To me the top 5 are
Jordan
Bird
LeBron
Wilt
Magic

Imo

You're right. I guess my point was that being a champion is more important than how many times you won a championship.

Plenty of all time greats lost championships and it didn't diminish their standings as all time greats.

We hold LeBron to that standard because he's the greatest since MJ and he was undefeated in finals.

And LeBron is the best since MJ, Kobe was never on LeBron level IMO.

:dwillhuh:

Wilt Chamberlain, the man who has the best stats of all-time, says you're wrong.

Jerry West says you're wrong.

Elgin Baylor says you're wrong.

Karl Malone says you're wrong.

Patrick Ewing says you're wrong.

Charles Barkley says you're wrong.

There are TONS of players who have had their place in NBA history lowered because of their losses in the NBA Finals...it didn't start with LeBron James and wont end with him.
