having trouble immediately deciding whether this is bullshyt advice or not. On one hand I think it may be good advice, on the other I can see how it can put ones life in jeopardy. Although, if you are black and stopped by police then you are in jeopardy anyway.

I changed the title cause it's distracting. Wasn't calling him a c00n, it was a play on the fact that he's a cop but giving valid advice
