12 weeks is a lot shorter than 3 yrs...if she hasn't improved that area, toned up and he's not attracted to her, then that's on him -you can't force attraction. I did say compromise, she should do her part as well- maintaining her weight etc. But for this particular scenario, I just don't think he was really feeling her in the first place .
