Unfortunately Wengers style of let the players figure it out for themselves, doesn't work in this era of football. The players need to be told what to do and how to think, I guess it's a generational thing and how society is, where thinking on your feet without Google to help you, is becoming less and less common.

I really do miss the non tracking back, chain smoking, slightly tubby but will still run rings, twist you up like a pretzel mavericks.

Now we left with a bunch of Vegans.

Arsene is a victim of his own success, and that is no fault of his

I live in London but I’ve been a United fan since 91/92 and I know that Arsenal were a relatively successful team before he came and started his new found success during the mid 90s onwards

At this stage he has built Arsenal to what they are and now, but he is slowly destroying them. Whilst I agree with him, Unfortunately his biggest downfall is bringing a knife to a gun fight, in regards to his transfer policy.

Just like in a relationship with your wife that has gone sour. Your partner despises you and does not perform for you and worst of all there is no reciprocating love When those are the facts, it is probably best of splitting up and taking different paths

I do not see what Wenger provides to Arsenal FC in 2018

Should have went 5 seasons ago.........but I salute him for his football philosophy, ability to help develop high caliber footballers and his refusal to get drawn into overpaying for players, too bad though because teams who came up after have eclipsed Arsenal's efforts, based on the fact they weren't shook to drop massive sums on players.

Sure they've had an oligarch here and a sheik there, but Arsenal's continental equivalents ie Barcelona and Ajax weren't afraid to do the same in the past or present, (in Ajax's case way back in the past) they've always developed talent and then went out and acquired the missing pieces if necessary.

All the blame can't be laid at his feet though one and a half things in his defense:

1 a - He's been saddled with a board that have handcuffed him for years when it came to acquiring players, often you got the impression that when he said he wouldn't overpay; he was merely towing the company line.

1 b - The battle between Stan Kroenke and Alisher Usmanov and it's knock on effect with regards to transfers policies etc, too long to goo into.
bullshyt. do you know how many times Arsenal could have won the league if Wenger was willing to fix one glaring weakness in his team in the transfer window??
