To be honest, even those who seem to be loyal don't seem to be receptive as well. This supports @Emperor_ReinScarf s position, but women tend to lose interest in the romantic antics, ever moreso than say, the ethical disproportions of ratchet entertainment.

What a man and a woman expect out of an romantic companionship isn't ment to be seperate linear concepts, they are bound together like two sides of the same coin. Heads right along with tails or vice versa. The necessity of one needing the other to even be a practice is as organic as it gets.
