Sam "Mr.Clutch" Jones
Jerry "The Logo" West
Clyde Drexler
Ray Allen
Iverson
Ginobili
Earl "Black Jesus" Monroe

Honorable Mention: George Gervin, Tracy McGrady, and Vince Carter

nikkas never saw Sam Jones play but he is better than somebody who has better numbers across the board? Lol

Vince was better than Ray Allen too.. Playing with Pierce and Kevin Garnett has inflated Ray Allen status on the all-time lists. I don't even remember anybody saying Allen was better than Vince in the 00s. :camby:

Get educated on Sam Jones: http://www.thecoli.com/threads/sam-...ed-and-underappreciated-hall-of-famer.416304/

Ray Allen is better than Vince Carter. No need for a discussion.

You obviously never watch Vince Carter because he could shoot, get to the rim and create his own shot with the best of shooting guards. LMAO nikkas are getting straight exposed in this thread.. Vince couldn't shoot now??:mjlol:

The man wasn't available in my market and his teams were losers so excuse me for missing all them empty points and baskets during garbage time :skip:

Vince was a career loser :sas1:

couldn't shoot but he's top 6 all time in 3 pters made :heh:

his whole game was lacking but in his prime was 25/5/4 with good defense :skip:

talk about players like you're an expert but have zero basketball knowledge, brehs
Prime Vince Carter wasn't a 3pt shooter, it wasn't until his legs started fukking up on him that he's shooting got better.

and like I said he was a career loser. The guy quit on the Raptors his last 2 years there and didn't accomplish shyt in New Jersey. So fukk him, he isn't top 20 sg/sf

He's a got damn role player

Guys in consideration or clearly better than Vince...

Jordan
Kobe
Iverson
West
Wade
Jesus
Gervin
T-Mac
Earl Monroe
Sam Jones
Alex English
Joe Dumars
The Glide
Ginobili

Edit: Thought it was just shooting guards, and was gonna say Vince is easily in the top half of that list. But if we're including small forwards too he might not be top 20, but he might.

The elevation prime Vince used to get on his jump shot was beautiful :wow:

Everyone will remember him for his dunking and slashing ability but he had a really smooth jump shot in his Raptors/Nets days.

That's my SG :to:

Breh used to hit 3s from way beyond the arc and half court like it was nothing :banderas: made it look so easy :wow: there's youtube compilations of it.

Dude set a record for most 3s in a playoff game too, so its fukkin dumb af to say he couldn't shoot :heh: a few of yall are getting real disrespectful wit these outlandish statements

You sound bitter. No way he was a role player.

But @ the bolded: His 3 point stats weren't that back loaded... minus injuries he was always a decent 3 point shooter before or after his prime. His best 3pt year was his 3rd year in the league.

I only responded to the original question :sas2:

No bitterness here :sas1:

VC has been more efficient as a role player than a primary #1

He's got 17, 18 yrs in the league.. how many of those years was he a clear cut #1 option? 7, 8 yrs.. he's been a role player the rest, since about 05, 06.

Did you watch Sam Jones play? No? Then get educated on these nuts, fakkit.

And Ray Allen wasn't better than VC, VC has better numbers across the board.

nikkas do not know what they are talking about in this thread.

I've watched lots of footage of Sam Jones playing. And his accomplishments speak for themselves.

Catch feelings over millionaires who don't know you exist, brehs...:heh:
