The bolded part is just weak to me. nikkas should run whatever the fukk we want if we have the competence.
The least important of businesses? It's worth 30bn.
Classism is unimportant? What?
I'm pretty sure the fashion industry is worth more than 30bn, but I can't think of a business which is less important than cosmetic/fashion. These are luxury industries, shyt you buy AFTER you've bought shyt you need.
Of course nikkas should run whatever they want, but this is not about nikkas. Which is why I don't see the critical importance. And Kanye's definition of classism is completely wrong and non-applicable to the fashion industry. Since fashion is not some conservative industry who separates people after social classes. They just discriminate against whoever they don't think fits their profile. He wants them to give him shyt, he thinks he's earned shyt and on. I don't know why I as a musical fan of Kanye should support him when I've not heard the other sides story. I'm not a stan, I fukks with Kanye but his whole approach is weak and inconsistent.
He says shyt like they only want to fukk with soft black people, as if they were fukking with violent, interview screaming, president beefing, reality show starring higher class white people.
Who else got sneaker lines with some of the oldest fashion lines? Who else had the most prominent people in fashion come to your 6k for a pair of shoes collection? Who else does collabos with APC and on and on. But as soon as he sees some resistance he starts screaming like a baby. That's not the Kanye I know who just smartened up and worked harder.
I think the problem is as Charlamagne is saying, he has too many yes-men and he's not been knocked the fukk out in a while.
