Chicago's segregation wasn't no accident.

A city can't be collectively racist or else you wouldn't be living there. Ask pre-civil rights blacks or jews. People in the city, individually can be racist.
Is my city racist? no. Japan and Chinese are the same race, but there's some downright hatred, its nationalistic, collectively the chinese dont like them much, but they allow them to do business here and some people don't care, while some people hate. Same goes for foreigners. Some hate us, some love us. Matters on the person, but I live here, so the entire city is clearly not racist otherwise I would have gotten turned back at the airport.
