It kinda is, I remember one dude I use to hang out with when I was in the fourth grade, get into trouble for hanging a noose on school property in high school, but as far level, it's pretty low on the overt side. It's mostly that covert racism that dominates here.

Covert racism is much worse. It is also very stressful and makes it quite a chore to interact with whites.

Yep. It interesting to me that many of the black guys on this site think that "cacs" are the biggest racists and love their Latinas but Latins are completely unapologetic about their racism and discrimination.
