Ainge won't give him 4 years, that's for sure, unless they trade Horford away.
It's a tricky situation because they can't afford to have 2 bad contracts in IT and Horford. IT is worth the max IMO but Horford's contract will probably make the Celtics let IT walk because they can't afford to lose Bradley.

They can find another scorer with the assets they have, I don't like PG but he could probably go back to being a superstar in Brad Steven's system and being the go-to guy.

Celts in a rock and a hard place because while IT definitely is playing like a superstar worth the max this year, he hasn't put in the work over a couple of years to where you can be confident that will continue. And he's not young enough where you can easily feel fine about taking the chance even without proof.

Celts already maxed Horford though. They gotta dive in imo. Max IT, trade who they need to to get Jimmy Butler, and go all in to compete now.
