You don't know shyt about shyt about sports and don't understand Jordan in the 80s was more dominate even though his teams were bad so they couldn't make the playoffs, all his championship bulls teams were stacked

you don't know anything about that era just spouting off madness stop being a dikk rider, same shyt they was saying about lebron not being able to win was exactly what they were saying about Jordan FOR YEARS

Above the fray.
They dominated the bulls for jordan's entire prime lmao, you can't be serious
This is a lie and I can prove it.
Jordan's first season was 84-85
His final season was 97-98

take out the full year he missed, and the comeback season

NOT a single person alive believes that Michael Jordan's physical prime was from between 1987 and 1990, the years when the Bulls were eliminated by the Pistons.

The workout regimen he picked up to endure physical play made him a better player, and able to operate in different parts of the court.

According to you, his entire prime was during his first 6 years in the league.?..and then what? he declined?

MFers will say anything in these sports discussions, even when it doesn't make sense.

Jordan prime was like 92-96. We missed 2 years of probably the best basketball to would've been played for his 1st retirement

I take nothing from MJ. I'm old enough to have watched his entire career. I'm old enough to know the least purchased Jordan retro in the Jordan II were the ones that started the jacking and killing for kicks. If you had the Jordan II, Air Force II, and satin jackets..you were the shyt. But I stand by the Pistons 87-90 run. Hell they weren't even physical until 89-90. 87 and 88 they were run and gun using the 3 guard lineup pretty much

Above the fray.
Didn't Jordan win MVP in 88 and lead the league in scoring? :
Yes.
He went on to win 4 more MVPs with the Bulls in the next 10 years, despite missing one and a half regular seasons.
He also went on win the next 5 scoring titles, 3 of them while also leading his team to the ring.

But if you want to run with the notion of him peaking in his fourth year, go right ahead.

One thing I know is .... I don't get the Isiah Thomas hate. ... He's always had my respect. And I NEVER gave a damn about the "walk off". Him and the Pistons gave MJ and the Bulls that work for a few seasons and real ones know that wasn't no cheating shyt, no pretty boy shyt, no high flying dunks and layups,. That was some finally beating the old dudes who run the playground type shyt. Those ECF matchup were epic back then. I was 11yrs old in 89 and even then I understood what this thing was. I was sooo happy when MJ and the Bulls finally got them in 91, and at the same time still respected the Pistons cause they had been through an even more "Vaunted Gauntlet"...... 80s Celtics and Lakers

Something I respect about Thomas is that when he was commentating for the NBA on NBC, he always praised Jordan and called him the best. He never slighted him or tried to downplay his greatness. There were never any signs of bitterness, hate, or jealousy. Thomas was very professional and performed his job at a high level.

Take this game for example:

Watching this game you would think Thomas was the biggest Jordan stan.

vividly remember that shyt and hitting the :dahell:

don't know if the producers/directors made him say it (more than likely because NBC sucked Mike and the Bulls off so hard then), but still he did it. Kinda showed it wasn't personal, but you can't tell some cats that.
