Something I respect about Thomas is that when he was commentating for the NBA on NBC, he always praised Jordan and called him the best. He never slighted him or tried to downplay his greatness. There were never any signs of bitterness, hate, or jealousy. Thomas was very professional and performed his job at a high level.

Take this game for example:

Watching this game you would think Thomas was the biggest Jordan stan.

People are just corny.

His chemistry with MJ in all star games...bruh....

And this folks is the answer. Zeke won't say it cause he knows how the media will treat him. Pistons were better than the Celtics in 87. They were and I rooted for Boston but the Pistons were better. Not enough big game experience cost them in close games that series. They flew Zeke out to LA to kiss Bird ass

This is a lie and I can prove it.
Jordan's first season was 84-85
His final season was 97-98

take out the full year he missed, and the comeback season

NOT a single person alive believes that Michael Jordan's physical prime was from between 1987 and 1990, the years when the Bulls were eliminated by the Pistons.

The workout regimen he picked up to endure physical play made him a better player, and able to operate in different parts of the court.

According to you, his entire prime was during his first 6 years in the league.?..and then what? he declined?

MFers will say anything in these sports discussions, even when it doesn't make sense.
MJ’s athletic prime and his prime as a one man force was in the late 80’s. Those seasons he was going off for 37 a game and winning DPoY and MVP.

His physical prime came when he bulked up to 215 lb. and started winning the championships and playing team basketball in the Triangle.

Just like LeBron’s athletic prime and his prime as a one man force was in the late 2000’s. It’s when he was at his bounciest, fastest, and most explosive and he won Scoring Title, back to back MVP’s, and made All-Defensive teams.

His physical prime was in Miami when he bulked up to 265-270 lb., refined his post game, and shared the ball with D-Wade and won championships.

It’s the same with Shaq too. Orlando was his athletic prime in LA he was in his physical prime and conformed to a system to win championships. I predict the same thing will happen to Giannis.

If you ask me the ‘88 Michael, ‘95 Shaq, ‘09 LeBron are the most enjoyable to watch and most dominant versions.

Didn't AD and the Microwave catch concussions in the 3rd.... ?? Not saying if AD played in the 4th quarter that the Pistons would have won... I'm just saying.... If AD didn't get knocked out(literally) :manny:

AD was soft. Those Pistons in 87/88 were far from defensive and dirty minded. Big booty....:dame: Mark Aguirre brought that over from Dallas

That was a different type of squad, but yet they had the Celtics on their heels in the 3rd, Game 7 of the ECF until their leading scorer got knocked out and another offensive weapon concussed(unofficially) :jbhmm:

Listened to All the Smoke with Zeke.

Feel like he gets a lot of hate because he was Jordan's rival but never kissed the ring. Magic is naturally chill so he was never threatened by MJ. Barkley always kept it real with Mike but MJ knew Charles never had the fire to beat him.

Zeke was a killer and MJ knew it. Zeke was shady, smart and slicker than MJ...respected him but didn't fear him. MJ hated that shyt for some reason. Zeke knew how to get under his skin. Think it's because MJ got used to everyone kissing his azz and Zeke just wouldn't do it. Respect him but that's as far as it went.

Chuck was right about Jordan though. Breh has too many "yes men" around him and it's made him delusional. That famous for that long and always having your way can make you detached from reality.

Zeke is always seen as "bad" but Jordan is just as bad if not worse....but MJ = GOAT so his flaws don't stand out. Then you got a breh like Bron that's probably not nearly as bad as either and he gets more hate than both combined.
