No. Everyone does not have to be vaccinated. Those who've had the disease have acquired 'natural immunity' that should last a few months to a year. That, coupled with vaccination may be enough to give us 'herd immunity'. The major problem with this is that in order to gain 'natural immunity' you have to get infected with COVID which puts you (and everyone around you) at an exponentially greater risk of hospitalization/death than being vaccinated against it.

This makes anti-vaxxer arguments from people who've already had the disease hypocritical since they KNOW this, but are urging others to play Russian Roulette with their own health.​

Getting vaccinated would be good, actually. Following the other protocols, like distancing, mask wearing, and avoiding grouping together - particularly indoors, would also be good.
