. I personally only know three brothers who are fairly young and about that $150K+ life. If you're like me, you look at some of your coworkers who have been working the same company/position for 20+ years 
. How do you realize your dreams? The answer is simple: Overcome fear and laziness. There is a lot of money out here, enough for everybody who wants it bad enough but you have to put in the work. In capitalism your income is directly correlated to your economic value(not human value, many at the top confuse the two). The hunger of brother that came from nothing can't be matched. I call bullshyt. I've never met anyone in this income bracket who brags about their salary. People who make this kind of money don't even like discussing money with strangers.

1. Apply to a college that offers a degree in computer science or computer engineering
2. Go to school and get a degree in computer science.
3. Apply for jobs.
4. Go to interviews.
5. Accept a job offer.
6. Go to work and get paid.
That's the first step. Your salary is kind of low but you are a novice.
6. Continue working and build experience.
7. Take advantage of opportunities to lead projects or get more training.
That's the second step. Now, you have some leverage.
8. Get raises and promotions or transfer to another company to get paid more.
9. Optional. Get certifications, masters degree or PhD.
10. Post on the Coli about hoes on hoes, gold necklaces and stacks of cash.
