It seems like all of these “hip hop” podcasts only talk about old shyt.

This is because Hip-Hop has been dead for decades.

For me, Hip-Hop more or less ended in the mid-00s.


I just relive the glory days by listening to old songs and enjoying podcasts that discuss the 90s Hip-Hop scene.

I mean, there’s still good music but it’s rare. And it’s all scattered. The 80’s and 90’s were the peek. They drew inspiration from real R&B.

Analog production tools are a thing of the past. Sampling and digging in the crates is all dead.
