It'd give people much more respect for those who work in such positions. From the time I Was 16, up all the way thru college I worked retail.

I was never a "bad customer"(ie come in and wildly rummage thru stuff), but even today years later, when I go to a clothing store, I don't destroy stuff and do my best to look thru folded stacks or a rack for my size without destroying stuff, and my friends I used to work with usually do the same thing as well. But I've seen customers come thru stores and behave like a digging dog trying to get to the bottom of a pile. Then just walk away.

That wouldn't happen, nor would ppl be disrespectful as much to retail ppl if they had to do the job themselves at least once.

Im working at Sears right now. I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy homie

if I hear someone complaining about a customer fukking up the store, I automatically assume the customer is Spanish/Brazilian
if I hear about someone cussing out a cashier, I automatically assume the customer is an old white lady.

I say I hate white ppl and I hate indians almost every shift.

fixed that for you.

I used to work retail and we had signs in portuguese and spanish on not taking stuff out the packaging and if you needed to be measured we would measure you.

They would rip the plastic off like you and the sign weren't even there.
We would have all the sizes stacked in order and they would fukk them up by looking for a small in the stack of XL and vice versa. Straight disrespect.

Retail really makes you want to fight people every shift.

Outside every day in the 105 degree Texas heat, mowing, weedeating, curb-edging, etc.

Throwing boxes in a warehouse isn't any worse than that

but that's a phsycail job is what is waht my point was. not exclusively throwing boxes.

My retail experience taught me super old white people and indians are racist as fukk. Moreso indians to be honest. I'm talking about throw money at the counter and won't even look at you or talk to you racist. I wouldn't save them hindu muthafukkas from a burning house. I remember having this same attitude when I was working retail.

But once I got an adult job I just don't care anymore. Of course, I'm not going to go intentionally out of my way to destroy things, but it's your job to clean up after me. If everyone was a perfectly neat customer they wouldn't have hired you. In a way, I'm keeping you employed by leaving shyt
