Wonder what Stephen King thought of the series? He usually offers his 2 cents on these sort of things

King strikes me as a person who doesn't get caught up in how faithful an adaptation is (The Shining not included) because he knows they'll get people wanting to read his books. And he probably likes being surprised with how filmmakers interpret his work.They ran everything by him and screened most of the season for him before it dropped. Eh, he has acknowledged that he has bad adaptations but Lawnmower man is the only one he used to get his name off ofEh, some of these adaptations have done him dirty. He had to sue to keep his name off of Lawnmower man.
