Anyway, she ought to be handed over to Italy, but in any case hope she has fun being a marked woman now. Convicted murderer walking the streets, she will have to watch her back and everyone she meets who realises who she is will be judging her knowing what she is. . .She won't ever be able to leave the United States, as the Italians will want her now ,all sorts of shady types will be watching for if she sets foot out of the US. . Plus I don't think anyone takes kindly to the fact she framed an innocent man.

The room mate she murdered was british, no one likes her over here believe me and think the dead girls family never got justice . Most think the americans interferred with the first verdict,and if she had been a brit and the victim an american,knox would be sitting in a prison cell right now.

i think he did it. the affair was the motive. he wanted to lose the wife and kids to be with the blonde chick. ..the buying duck tape.. rope etc..days before. dying his hair and trying to run. "innocent" people don't behave that way.
After watching some CNN special and doing some reading, she isn't guilty, at all, imo., as far as criminally viable acts related to the murder of Meredith Kercher. Bad judgement, immaturity, maybe slander and liable, false accusation, lying to a police officer…but, if you do the research, you'll see the Italian police are as much to blame for the unfortunate Patrick Loomba circumstances as anyone. She was basically coerced into making a statement, concerning a black make, likely because detectives had found something at the crime scene indicating this….Rudy Guede was the killer, it all fits perfectly. Crime of opportunity, by a near homeless drifter and burglar, escalated when caught in the act, took the opportunity to rape her, and killed her when he realized he couldn't let her live. The judicial system in Italy is just as much responsible for any fall out involving the falsely accused. When they realized Loomba was innocent, they basically continued treating him like a suspect, in custody, and to my knowledge a formal statement or an apology was never issued, concerning his innocence. It's a mess of a case, and very easy to get lost in the more sordid details, satanic rituals, sex games, sociopathic young American girls, but if you look at just the facts, and the opinions of well respected investigators, you'll see it's a lost simpler then it appears and the truth got lost in the media frenzy.

I'm all for the occasional fukk crackas moments, but they found her innocent though after finding her guilty...and now she's guilty again. Nobody has time for that emotional rollercoaster Italian justice system.
Thats not him, she blamed another black man, his trial was separated and he is the only one of the three still in jail and no chance of appeal. I wonder why.

Actual Rudy Guede was the killer and is in fact in jail and he's not the one she falsely accused. she falsely accused Loomba her former boss. Rudy Guede was a known drug dealer, theif in the area. He had broken into a lawyer's office and stole a laptop that they found on him at his arrest, he also broke into a house a couple houses away. His bloody fingerprints were found on a pillow under the dead girl and so were his footprints as well as DNA inside her.
Basically it seems like he broke into the home as he had done at other houses previously but the girl happened to be there so he raped her, killed her, stole some of her possessions and left. Amanda and her boyfriend came home, saw her dead and called the cops. The cops then for whatever reason thought the break-in was staged. After they arrested in tried Rudy Guede his lawyers somehow convinced them that he was just an accomplice in the murder which knocked his time all the way down to 16 years and he is eligible to get out on a work release this year.
