In regards to what was found in toilet, was not Amanda Knox. Very common for killers, esp. of women, who have been sexually tortured, raped, abused, disfigured, dismembered, for the killer to have to relieve himself at the scene of the crime, because of the excitement and uncontrollable emotions. Also, common for burglars, as Rudy Guede was, before he escalated his behavior to rape/murder.

Well the truth may well will out now. Her boyfriend at the time and co conspirator raphel , solletio or however your spell it, has been given 25 years and has just been told to surrender his passport. Now how many folks here would do 25 years when there is someone else sitting in the US involved in it who is getting away with it? What if the police/prosecution offer you a deal to shave some years off your sentence if you cough to the crime or explain what really happened that night ? Be interesting to see what happens now,

My theory is... him and knox had more involvement than what they are saying and didn't tell the police the truth and lied to get themselves out of other lies they told. It's like maybe knox didn' do the actual killing because from what I read there isn't sufficient forensic evidence , but did do something or plan something and that something would get her jail time? Those who see her as innocent think just because forensic evidence doesn't hold up means she is innocent , but sometimes that isn't the case. sometimes good old fashioned police work is needed. Hence the problem as the Italian police fukked it all up and brought up satanic sex game theories....

Also we seem to all be getting the news from a certain outlook relying on documentaries from american media that won't be biased at all.Those documentaries will used 'experts' paid the give a certain opinion... , and the italian police and the court there, we don't really know what evidence they may have because the media aren't telling us.

Actual Rudy Guede was the killer and is in fact in jail and he's not the one she falsely accused. she falsely accused Loomba her former boss. Rudy Guede was a known drug dealer, theif in the area. He had broken into a lawyer's office and stole a laptop that they found on him at his arrest, he also broke into a house a couple houses away. His bloody fingerprints were found on a pillow under the dead girl and so were his footprints as well as DNA inside her.

Basically it seems like he broke into the home as he had done at other houses previously but the girl happened to be there so he raped her, killed her, stole some of her possessions and left. Amanda and her boyfriend came home, saw her dead and called the cops. The cops then for whatever reason thought the break-in was staged. After they arrested in tried Rudy Guede his lawyers somehow convinced them that he was just an accomplice in the murder which knocked his time all the way down to 16 years and he is eligible to get out on a work release this year.

you're right, if two white people and black man are accused of a murder, it must have been the black guy.

Nah, just have seen a lot written about this and saw some news stories from different places on this. Just plain looks like she got done like a brotha. Could care less about the women, but if you don't think that judge and prosecutor were high sidin' I don't know what to tell you. That first judge especially was doin it for the publicity. I was like damn, she might as well be a brotha accused of raping a white woman.
