We seriously filled up not getting Gase and then also Hue this year.
Yeah Gase would be good right now. He's exactly the fresh blood in coaching teams need to go for if they're not getting retreads

I was never a huge kyle shanahan fan but this year he surprised the shyt out of me. took a pretty good offense and a decent qb in Ryan and made it into a juggernaut and Ryan into a mvp caliber qb

of course he has a good amount of talent on the offfense and Julio is a beast, but still...

Was not a kyle shanahan fan at all either. But this year he has been pretty impressive. I still don't know if he is HC martial tho. But he has done well as a OC this year.

Speaking of coaches who is actually willing to come here?

I have a bad feeling their going to end up with some retread like wade philkips or Rex
the bait will be no baalke and autonomy, probably. I can see chip getting salty if that happens after he is fired, because he was getting zero autonomy this year.

I get it. He was dealt a bad hand but he should've pounded the table or tell his boy Gamble to get him what he needed in the draft or free agency. We had the bread. The GM and the Coach are suppose to work together. It didn't happen. I have to think Chip's ego told Trent his scheme trumps all.
The think ownership didnt want to spend the money

The right move

I know we need continuity, but reality is Chip lost way too many winnable games with poor 2nd half coaching

Also, I don't think he'll ever have a good nfl defense, and that's what wins the big one

Baalke is a given. Chip impressed me in some ways, but we need a 100 percent overhaul

Hoping it's Kyle Shanshan as HC

Roster was terrible but we had 14 point leads in a number of games and lost most of them in blowout fashion

He didn't do enough to stay

I just wish this didn't come out before seattle as I don't want our guys giving up tomorrow

At first I was all for giving him another year but on second thought, I agree with both of your posts. Chip in college was exactly the same way. My biggest pet peeve with him was trying to fit a square peg in a round hole.

Nah Baalke thought his draft picks would replenish the roster with that reload bullshyt. He was sure all his picks would contribute but he's had way too many misses and his hits are solid players there's no stand out playmaker

I don't think so. jed basically need a new scapegoat now after he throws baalke out, so new GM will have very limited power imo. that and money are about the only things that could attract reasonable coaches

Money they can't spend
