He actually did. The tempo has slowed down quite a bit. If he would add a FB and maybe run the ball with the QB under center, I'd really have no problem with his offense. Still think the biggest issue is talent.

Chip will never use a FB or run under center and he just recently said that the huddle was pointless. He's stuck on his way of doing things. Yeah he slowed the tempo down but he's still running the same simple shyt and we're 3 and out with the defense gasping for air by the end of the 3rd quarter. I agree the talent is lacking but his offense doesn't help at all

We only seen 1 year of Jed being cheap and he's gonna be paying 3 coaches in 2017

Doesn't seem like money is the issue, I think we didn't spend because there was no trust in Baalke with all that money

thats about 30 mil spent on coaches who wont be here, i think that defiantly affects player payroll
