I injured my shoulder. Torn rotator cuff. Trying to figure out a good regimen that doesn't require a wide range of motion. for now just doing curls and jogging.
I have a chronic Supraspinatus issue and range of motion problems.

I spent a few weeks icing my shoulder down and started taking tumeric for inflammation.

I no longer do any movements with my arms behind the head and no dips for chest. I do flies and bench press on the floor instead, that keeps my arms from going back past a 90 degree angle. I use machines /cables for shoulders, replaced shrugs with Farmer's walks.

I increased the weights and lowered the reps, repetitive movements were a problem too.

I still have strength imbalance but no more pain hope that helps.
