Theres a natural limit to how much muscle your body can naturally build in a month. It's very pointless to keep eating just to get fat then have to stop eating to lose weight when its been scientifically proven that you cant lose fat with out losing muscle unless youre on a recomp or if you're on the booty juice. Bulking/cutting cycles are BS for the natural lifter.

Yeah it is a lot of food. I used to end up eating an ice cream sandwich every night to meet my macros.

I’m 5’2” 135-140 and I want to gain slowly. my intake isn’t as bad as some of you bigger guys
