No such thing as "bulking season" thats Bro science. Always work out and aim for hypertrophy and make sure you're getting enough protein.

Are you seeing a physical therapist?I injured my shoulder. Torn rotator cuff. Trying to figure out a good regimen that doesn't require a wide range of motion. for now just doing curls and jogging.
