I primarily listen to newer Christian Rappers. They actually talking about real life.
i dont like when artists label themselves as christian that way. it feels exploitative.

of course im not saying God cant be your muse. it just feels like christian 'artists' are fronting because they know they have a baked-in audience that will support them regardless. the right person could really exploit that audience.. oh hell what am i saying? they do.

the question is, are they making music for God or are they making music for money by using God?

if theyre deeply spiritual thats cool, i just feel like a LOT of those guys are faking it

Only to you techno/jazz listening tlr weirdos

There’s plenty of dope hip hop dropping monthly that’s not this cliched bullshyt
jazz is a black genre and techno would be nowhere without black people from chicago and detroit

if youre that closed minded just say so

R&B , jazz and gospel is pretty much all I listen to now.

Ill listen here and there but I've pretty much grown out of rap music.

Rap music is damn near white boy music to me now.
