Meanwhile...Black men and Black women got to be five times as good at EVERYTHING (go to the right colleges, get good grades/high GPA, do internships, etc) just to get half or a fraction of the result....or a door slammed in our faces and our resumes/CV thrown out in the trash.
You know how many cacs I've encountered that didn't even finish high school that are living comfortable? Or well? And are now have a job that they know they aren't qualified for that they were chosen for over a black person? Meanwhile...there are swaths of young 20 something black men and black women still living at home with a new degreee and thousands in debt and they can't get a career started.
Then they got the nerve to tell us to pulll ourselves up by the bootstraps..meanwhile they ain't have to do shyt to get put on other than be white and alive..I guess getting ahead in America is easy when you're white....99% of the people that run shyt and hire people are white like you....the majority of the people that patronize these business are white like you...and you can just play dumb like we're being judged on individual merits and not the fact that everybody in damn near every aspect of the way...looks...like...you.
While there are studies that show blacks get less callbacks after submitting resumes, there are enough successful black groups like Nigerians in the US that prove this is atleast somewhat in our control

This is a real touchy subject for me. Thought about this the other night. Its everyday life sadly to the point where even we get too used to that shyt.
And another thing i dont get is why when we talk about this, you have a good number of white people getting offended and thinking we are dissing them, thinking mentioning this is making them "guilty of being white", "white guilt". It's only just now that you have more and more white people though not enough openly acknowledging and admitting even though not exactly how we are doing that most society world is basically biased to be in favor of white people due to the colonialists/explores spreading white supremacy all over the planet in which they did hundreds of years ago.
Cant even keep it real. They are acting like they themselves are being directly accused. We all know that nobody chooses to be born in the world as they came into the world but certain realities nobody can lie about. And with that said, shyt wont change unless folks face the truth of the matter. That's why I'm like whatever when I see that BLM bullshyt. It doesn't change anything. Gonna have to do a lot more than just pretending to give a shyt. Let's see if how many white people who genuinely give a fukk push for reparations for ados (no tangibles=no vote) and actual shyt to help black people or be our allies. Basically fighting the system for real or calling shyt out for what it is even their own when they are on that shyt. Just keeping it 100.

sounds about white.I work for FedEx. If you're a 6ft tall white dude they will promote you based on nothing else but that you're a 6ft tall white dude. They also hotshot attractive white women into office roles EXTREMELY fast. It's laughable how much of a like tv trope that shyt is but it's 100% accurate. They promote these dudes so fast they don't even know how anything works because they never spend any real time in the actual operations side of things. They all walk around here looking like car salesmen just saying "let's go!" and "teamwork make the dreamwork" all day.
The most frustrating thing though is they won't put any of the good jobs online the companies internal job site. They just hand pick white people to do those jobs. I've been meaning to dig into the ethics of this to see if it's illegal. If it's a shytty job, they'll put it on there, but the good shyt is saved for the "popular kids".

most places it's illegal NOT to post open jobs. even the internal ones. even tho they got their
hand picked for the job, they still supposed to post it.
