You are too focused on individuals and can't see things in systems. Yes individuals can escape parts of the system but as you say these systems are flawed and can have loopholes. These loopholes are the exact reason why there are poor whites and rich blacks. If they knew that mining would get so efficient and automated that you don't need all these people, they would've built safeguards and if they knew black musical talent would be celebrated worldwide they would've stopped slaves from singing.
But systemically it works, there will be people who will fall out of the system or find cheats or hacks but it is working. There are poor cacs but cacs are the richest people on the planet as a whole, this has nothing to do with their behavior.
This has so little to do with their behavior that you can have idiot, selfish, rapist, multiple millions of dollars losing, can't even form a sentence, complete know nothing cac can become leader of the planet.
Obama on the other hand had to be so perfect in the eyes of the nation, a true American story of a son of an Immigrant who worked hard, was smart, and had to have tons of elite connections; just to do the work of rich cacs. This is the system as designed.
I'm personally doing fairly well but in the end of the day, no matter what blacks do while in the capitalist system whites will just change the rules.

The system holds everybody back, even black people that are seemingly winning. The black man that became the richest black person in NY could have probably become one of the richest people PERIOD if the system wasn't holding him back. Having only high-intellect black people than can exploit the system being able to make something of themselves is BS when even cacs dumber than a box of hammers can keep up with them.

BTW I'm Nigerian myself and come from a relatively well to do family. Got a college degree. Worked on wall Street for a year.While there are studies that show blacks get less callbacks after submitting resumes, there are enough successful black groups like Nigerians in the US that prove this is atleast somewhat in our control
And I'm somebody thar grew up with money that's now a poor adult.
I got an 1 bedroom apartment and zero in savings. No car. No health insurance. No 401k.
