This whole situation has been known for YEARS. The real question is why it was swept under the rug for so long and why no one prosecuted him. Of course HE's not gonna address it until he's forced to lmao. He's scum but not stupid, there's nothing he can win by adressing it.
Facts but social media wasn't at play back in the days and it was easier to control a narrative and keep a lid on things. Jordan's gambling. Magic's infidelity, etc. And back then most people viewed the Malone thing as a bad rumor than actual fact. It's not excusing it, but if the mother isn't pressing on it, and the kids aren't, then it's not up to us. I know at one point he became active in the kids lives after being a jerk, so maybe he still is involved.

That’s not how life works. If you put yourself in the public eye, then you open yourself up for those questions to be asked whether you like it or not.
