This whole situation has been known for YEARS. The real question is why it was swept under the rug for so long and why no one prosecuted him. Of course HE's not gonna address it until he's forced to lmao. He's scum but not stupid, there's nothing he can win by adressing it.

The family chose not to file charges because he was a neighbor and they didn't want to see him in jail. Also, if he was jailed then he couldn't pay child support.
