The NFL is coming, Vegas aint tryna have homeless people laying near the stadiums and along the routes....I wonder if there is something even bigger looming where a "clean up" is needed

I'm pretty sure investors in private prisons are doing the birdman hand rub working side by side with politicians to find more things to make illegal in order to fill up them prisons so the money keeps on flowing in.

That's the point.

They can't pay it. They end up in jail, and then they can't afford to bail themselves out for prison. Then they get charged more that they can't afford to pay and end up there for years. Boom. Homeless problem solved.



It's truly sickening when you think about it.
