Still, The Neptunes run started before 2001 especially when you have people on here that make cases for Mustard, Mike Will, etc. supposedly having legendary runs. Before 2001, The Neptunes had "Lookin' At Me" with Mase and "Superthug" with Nore. They went on to produce "Oh No" for Nore, "I Got Your Money" for ODB and several other songs on that album. By 2000, they were lacing hits for Jay Z, Mystikal, and Ludacris.

I cant deny facts,I'm struggling to separate the fact as a hiphop fan I didn't like they beats, from the fact they had a run....Don't think I can say the same about any other producer that gets the kindve credit the Neptunes get in hiphop....other great producers I have to acknowledge they all had that run where they had undeniable fire beats AND hits.
