Big difference between gettingng a nikka that isn't already there to come to your team and trying to convince a nikka that has already been there a year and has a $30 mil incentive to remain to stay. If Dwight's stiff ass ain't improved his offensive game by now then it ain't gonna happen. He's 27. He ain't fresh into the league. His offensive game is lobs when someone pulls his man away and that same stiff ass hook.

Easier to convince someone to come to LA or Miami. If Wade was in CLE and Lebron in MIA, they still would have ended up in MIA. Cleveland in not an attractive city for free agents in ANY sport or profession for that matter. I have yet to hear of anybody on the coli that has moved to Cleveland, but we have had many move to Cali, Texas, NY, ATL, DC and Miami.

Every franchise has to go through it but they think they don't.
