And when cacs get tired of seeing nikkas at their playgrounds, they just run them out.
I hear cacs are running nikkas out of Uptown by shutting down all the spots nikkas typically frequent.

Real talk my sister moved from l.a there in 06 and liked it because of the pricing of the houses and such and when I went to go visit here there was always something about the DFW I didn't like. There isn't any black culture there besides church, everything that involves going out will be in the addision/plano area
Without the jobs, no one would willingly move to Dallas over other comparable cities.
