Dallas is more diverse.

You have to venture south in Dallas to even see a lot of Black people.
In places such as DC, Atlanta, Memphis, Chicago, Philly, New York, etc., Black people are everywhere.
At thinking people wanna move to Memphis or philly, people wanna move away from those area no to them

That can always change. Detroit once had hella jobs. As did Gary, Indiana.
Without the jobs, no one wants to live in Detroit or Gary.
People want to live in places like Atlanta, NYC, etc. irrespective of job prospects!

nikkas all over the metroplex. Ft worth, GP, Arlington, Mansfield. Always been alotta nikkas there so you always had soulful shyt, you just won’t see what you’ll see in philly, dc, nyc etc.

Pappadeux in Atl, Norcorss, and Alpharetta and besides Pappadeux is trash to me... Gumbeaux's is cheaper, food taste better, and you get way more food.

Pappadeaux is not worth the price. Went to one in Austin..... Have had better cheaper Creole/Cajun style food. Ditto
