I was just watching one of those "teens react" videos where they were listening to 00s music and at the end they were saying how music back then was better and more real and how we need to go back to it and I was :dead: because I'm 25 and I remember as a kid how much shyt people were talking about the music back then and how much better music was in the 90s and the 80s, literally word for word critiques except for another decade.

This shyt definitely a simulation
I watch the same videos and majority of those kids aren't cultured at all; I'm still not going to get over one of them saying Destiny's Child was the Spice Girls:mjlol:They should interview teens from around the country like once a month.

The 00s were underrated

Classic Cartoon Network :wow:

Classic Nick :wow:

PS2/PSP were relevant :wow:

Elementary school :wow:

Music was very creative :wow:

Obama becoming president :wow:

nowadays i feel like we really are at the end of the world, we just keep pulling things from the 80s-00s whether it be sampling music or remaking movies or games. everything is trashcan status imo except video games :picard:

I'd argue that when it's all said and done, the PS4 might just be the greatest system of all time. :ld:

Especially Fighting Games. I've never seen so much fighting piff than before :banderas:

90s didn’t end until 2003

2006 and up were horrible

You must be very young. The 90s ended December 31st 1999 11:59 pm at 59 seconds. After that, it was over. When the lights didn't go out after that y2k hype, it was a wrap. Everything changed. A lot of things fell off in 2000. 2001 was the year that solidified that change. It's going to keep going downhill.

ps3 and xbox 360 are king!!! ps4 out here doing remakes to the ps3 hd remakes...stop, lol. I been gaming since the original gameboy was going for a $79-89 bucks bundled with tetris and the sega genesis was releasing new games.

And that ps3 sales comeback 4 years after release was crazy so i enjoyed both major systems.

mk,mk2,mk3,virtua fighter, tekken 2, tekken 3, soul calibur, primal instinct, killer instinct, snk prize fighter, street fighters, streets of rage etc of the 90's was peak fighting games...not even close. Plus Playing fighting games in the arcade was piffff!!!

You know
In 2006 I vividly remember saying to myself "The 2000's suck". I still stand by that statement. Even though the music in the first half of the decade was good.
The late 90's/ Early 2000's babies will long for these times though.

early 2000s rap makes you appreciate it even more now with all of this mumble and colored hair bs. 50 was always a mumbling mf too though.

it’s frightening to think about hip hop music 10 - 15 years from now. some of you nikkas will just listen to whatever white people feed you and tell you is hot. it could be a tranny rapping and you nikkas will hype it up because it sounds good in the club. the most basic abc shyt. so that’s why rap is where it’s at today.
