I just watched this earlier. I was always curious about all the money that you see being dumped into A.I but there isn't a viable product on the market. Add in competition and the cost for A.I tokens has plummeted significantly... But the cost for the infrastructure and maintaining these systems has only ticked upwards. It's literally waiting on investors to finally pull out funds and the entire market will collapse on itself.

What you mean I use ChatGPT everyday and I pay monthly for it. I had to correct ChatGPT plenty of times with certain information. Also it’s pretty easy to manipulate it to give you the answers you want.
You should be providing your own data set for chatgpt to help you analyze and simplify otherwise it’s going to hallucinate :yeshrug:

Thanks. Will watch. So what would happen of it burst?

I feel like this will be like the banking crisis…too big to fail. Gov will support AI :yeshrug:
the chinese are actively going for the AI throne. what is impressive...is they have the means to support their data centers, green energy (which theyve invested in for the past 30 years) and they build like army ants. and theyve figured out how to do all of this with half the power (remember last year deepseek reveal crashed our market?)

the U.S is not just going to randomly throw its hands up when knowing the chinese are aggressively pursuing AGI. yea right lol. yes, the U.S govt will most likely step in.

That’s not going to happen, why? Sunkcost. The big investors (I.e. SoftBank are too far gone). The market excitement has tapered a bit compared to last year, and company stocks aren’t mindless rallying simply because they announced an investment in AI on an earnings call, in fact we’re seeing the opposite, Amazon saw a sell off when they announced investing in more data centers for AI

The power and resources it needs are so large that there is no way it ends up being cheaper than just paying people, add to that, the more people losing their jobs, the less people to buy the shyt these companies that want to replace humans to save a penny sell.

Right now these AI companies are making money because of the insane investments in them, not because they have enough people paying for the agents.
