First. Try and forget about the race barrier. All that black vs everyone mentality isnt going to work. You being 20 also is going to help people stereo type you. Get grown man asap. You need to not be on xbox or whatever you doing and read a few guides on personal finance.
Get a bank account (open it with $100)
Get a secured credit card from
That bank ( invest $300 as collateral)
Swipe the card and pay it off. before you know it you will get unsecured( less than 12 months) and be able to get a credit card elsewhere.
Finance a car that has a realistic pay off ( finance a 5,000 car, payment will be $100 a month)
Do this and watch how things look better for you.
Look in craigslist for sales jobs. Cars,alarms,satellite, solar whatever. If you knock enough doors and are patient you'll make money on your own time.
Stop hanging around people not on shyt. Be patient. Get white friends. Network. Don't try to be tough everywhere noone cares.

Not fessing up to be some kind of genius or tyc00n but there's more tools to make an independent living than ever before. People like OP are just content to make a million excuses and not even try.

Do some research on writing a business plan. First, do you *have* one? Second, can you see how it'll make money. I'm not talking about the idea of making money. I'm talking about people walking in and paying you for a product. You walk in with a suit and sales pitch, no one is giving you a dime. But, you write up a business plan, figure out what the obstacles are and if it'll work and start hitting up those organizations that are set up to get you off the ground, you can do it.
Get off the coli , register a business & name ($75) and operate as that. Become the entity. Make cards. Present yourself to be greater than your current situation.
