I bet 90% of harbaugh's issue is Baalke wants Roman gone and Harbs point blank said no.

hows that ? whats wrong with parcells ? hes a good coach

If Harbaugh ended up clashing with Baalke, Parcells would've end up doing it even sooner (and him having power on personnel is not a good look). And as he himself admitted, he was old for the job imo (kinda like a Joe Gibbs in Washington).

baalke has to have a plan right?

i wonder who is on his list

I hope so breh. I hope I'm just panicking :lupe:

Harbaugh takes this team to three NFC championships and gets no love? Dude is a top 5 coach in the NFL.

It's kinda hard to show him love when he refuses to fix the biggest problem with our team (offensive system), and when that solution ain't hard at all.

dude blows and thats why he failed in denver, hes not hc material. he was in way over his head, get the fuk out of here demanding personnel control

No he doesn't, I peeped what he has done in NE, he doesn't need control of personnel in SF. We more or less have the pieces, we have the defense and even offensively we have a lot of good working pieces. He just needs to put it together. He is a big reason the Pats offense is producing with essentially trash pieces, what can dude do with talent? Parrcells and Gruden ain't walkin through that door and we need a young offensive minded coach. We have more pieces in place than most teams so Josh McDaniels would know what to do with them. He could be one of those guys who needed more seasoning a few years ago and is ready.

How's this sound. Fangio as DC. McDaniels as OC. Some genial figurehead who can patch up relationships as HC. It's obvious Jed is gonna ride for Baalke regardless of whose HC, so maybe we don't need a heavy hitter at HC. Just someone who can keep the waters calm. Then let Fangio the genius man the D, and McDaniels the genius man the O :yeshrug:

That is, if McDaniels will accept being an OC :patrice:

He's not leaving the Pats unless its for a HC deal. He's one of the few people the BB consults and his profile is only growing.

you have no idea what your talking about, he turned down a interview opportunity here in sf because he wouldnt have any personnel power.

I like Bill Parcells too, but he;s not a company man, and based on his past performance, he would dumpKaepernick in a heartbeat, which I think is premature.
I dont know about the second part. wasnt parcells the one who basically developed romo ?
but yeah parcells is another alpha male personality that will gm-like authority. that much is true.

Im not a huge mcdaniels fan; hes better than roman, but thats prolly not saying much

he did manage to get very good years out of orton and lloyd, career numbers from both iirc. so he'll get our pass game better. with that said, a good amount of his offense involves timing and precision. and hes never been a run-first kinda guy either.

He has no personnel power in New England. Took what he had and used it. I'm not even a big fan of Josh McDaniels but dude is an opportunist and of all the opportunities that are open San Fran is the best job for him to rebuild his identity as a coach. For a lot of OC this is a borderline dream scenario.

You get what I'm trying to say, we are not a broken team we need tweaks on offense not a total overhaul. With a mediocre pass game this season we're 10-6 at worst. Plus, Brady aside, Kaep is the best QB he would have worked with in his career, and we have the pieces in place for him to play with.

what are you talking about? hes not going to accept a hc job without personnel power, he ran denver into the ground with that power

niners should targeting college coachs who run their own offense and depend on nobody else
