Sucks. Looks like they get nothing if he goes to Michigan. I bet the prick takes the job just to screw the Niners one more time. 49ers are making the right decision. It's not like we won multiple Super Bowls. Harbaugh has a reputation for being extremely hard to work with. Good Riddance.

Coaching matters in the nfl, harbaughs first year compared to singletarys final season, that's the difference

It was just bad coaching decisions. It was proven by hiring Harbaugh. Talent is there. They just have to make the right choice at hiring a coach.

All these coaches were wrong choices. Plus most of those years the talent wasn't there. Harbaugh is a good coach. Any good coach can do well at what we have now.

Nolan could find talent he just couldn't use them properly as a coach. Sing installed the toughness but like Nolan couldnt use them properly. Baalke comes in and reinforces the roster and Harbaugh just picked up where they left off and failed three fukking times. A coach with a solid game plan can get this team over the hump.
