The one thing that makes me iffy about the pee theory:

My squirty gf makes a point to go pee before we scrog. I guess she could 1) have a backup pee reserve or 2) be fronting and only letting out half the pee in the toilet on purpose but either seems far fetched.

And if it is pee she only releases some portion of it during the first squirt and she can have maybe four squirts per session. Again: were it pee, seems like she'd only get one good squirt per session.

My nikka, the color of your urine has to do with your level of hydration. If your pee is darker yellow, that means that your body is less hydrated and is therefore reabsoribing more water via the kidneys in effect concentrating the urine.

If you are well hydrated, your pee will be more clear. If a girl is drinking gatorade her pee will be less dark homie

Kind of but it's the sugars/glucose in the urine. You can drink a gallon of gatorade, hi-c, Hawaiian punch or orange soda, shyt going to be yellow.

Drink a gallon of water, or unsweetened tea (can be sweetened with lemon or spend a which will be diluted by the substance as the content isn't high) it'll be crystal clear.

And it doesn't matter if you drink 32 oz of water then 32 oz of Hawaiian punch, your body doesn't compartmentalize, it all goes through the kidneys therefore it's only going to be 1 color.

Unless you are diabetic, 100% of glucose is reabsorbed in the proximal portion of the nephron in the kidney. A healthy individual should not be spilling ANY glucose in the urine. If you have glucose in your urine, then you are a diabetic

I am not quite sure what point you are trying to make, but once again, the color of your urine is generally dictated by the concentration; i.e. the darker the urine the more concentration and therefore the more dehydrated you are.

Urine gets its brown/yellow color from a substance called bilirubin which is a bi-product of bile metabolism in the liver. But yall dont hear me tho

It really has nothing to do with dehydration or diabetes..which are serious health issues. Have you ever changed a diaper?
