I didn’t realize he was that close. So if my maths is correct, he just has to average his current 28.8 ppg for 72 more games??

There’s about 38 games left for the Lakers in the season, so he should have1094 at the end of this season, leaving him w 973, so 35 games into next season he could pass it

Yeah, I guess I haven’t done the math on it in like 2-3 years. I remember back then saying he’s gonna be 37-39 and maybe he might slow down and average less so it’ll take a little longer. But the man still averaging damn near 30 and he’s close as fukk
