This is the lense i own and yes i own the sony nex5. Im probably going to buy the nex-7 pretty soon and give my wife the 5. I will be training in the bjj and also taking some time to get into judo so i can make sure ill be able to throw friend and trip them to the earth. For the sake of brain cells there will be a toning down of strikes to the brain but striking drills will be worked on so punches can be effectively slipped and dodged.

In scripture it says that we can train for battle against demonic filth while serving God. When you train your heart is not in crushing your friends but because battle is unpredictable and chaotic we have to take our training very mature and serious and at times training can also be chaos but because i wont be competing or fighting any wars, that i know of, im going to tone down the striking aspect because i dont want to be punched or take shins oops upside the head, friend. My style is tailored more towards close quarters blade work and i feel judo and Bjj really facilitate that style, friend. Thank you for your concern though.

I think you should start your training to. You're a bit light friend and may need to pack on more lean muscle so you can angelcally traverse the demonic realm with no fears.
