I agree but the bulls needed a shooter/shooting more than nurkic.Rose is a terrible shooter and jimmy is average they need a floor spacer who isn't 34-35

Ive come to grips with the McDermott move (mostly based on how hes been offensively this season)

one thing with jimmy. if he shoots bad in a game, at least you're getting good defense, steals and rebounding out of him. and he's gonna go to the FT line 6-8 times a night as well.

your creating a strawman when no one is denying jimmy gives us other things

my opinion has been all season, we need both rose and jimmy to step up, jimmy is not teflon don, if he playing bad he gets called out, just as everyone else does including rose. but it cant be its jimmys team when its all to the good, but rose fault when we lose. that series loss to cleveland was on both of them, it was a whole lot of 3-12 4-14 games in there from jimmy too,

but honestly, if they were extra cautious, could we really blame them

even if we dropped the game in golden state, but took those games vs portland and indy, that would be a very successful trip imo.

I don't stan kirk.He's the best back up pg the bulls got(which aint saying much) brooks is only good for scoring he a hog who's defense sucks.Kirk stays in his lane and plays his role

And he was awful last year but this year he looks some what rejuvenated.Etwaun moore was getting ripped in the backcourt and was struggling to get the ball to halfcourt he aint no back up pg he's a scoring combo guard

Well I went along believing they couldn't keep guys like augustine and nate because they would be out our price range, and they would likely get more on the open market, but then we turn around and hand kirk and brooks even more money so idk

All likelihood we won't be getting a back up pg simply because in these guys minds we have the back pgs we need.

Really no excuse tho to not get a 2/3 especially with the inconsistent play of snell, old dunleavy and mcdermott still needing growth on defense.
