I think Fred is flabbergasted and overwhelmed. Hes dealing with a mix of guys who are just trash or refuse to run a system hes trying to implement. Hes also soft and mild mannered. Butler should not be handling the ball this much. And any other coach would say this. He can score 50 once in a season but hes no Melo or Harden. And he would eat in a fast pace system with his athleticism and ability to slash/cut. But he wants to be iso joe and Fred appeases him. Same with Pau. Portis cooks and Fred has to appease Pau by putting him in before he starts to pout. Pau knew he couldn't get away with this garbage play and effort with Thibs. He would be on the bench like Boozer. Fred needs to step up and be a leader of man. He has the capital and backing of the front office unlike a coach like Blatt. Tell Snell/Niko you suck and you better step it up or you won't play. Tell Jimmy to move the fukking ball. Tell Pau if you don't show effort on defense/rebounding all your minutes will got to Portis.
