yea thats where im getting at. i think paxson will want a yes man. and as we see when it gets bad, paxson not taking the fall and will put the guy out there to fall on the sword himself, like whats happening with gar formanI can live with Paxson in his role if he actually does an extensive hiring process for a GM and allows him to do his job without restraints
The latter is probably not realistic though, so
its asinine to believe paxson didnt play a part in this debacle is some form
