Noah, Deng, McDermott, Rose, Jimmy, Niko, Dunleavy .. Every time a bull has a surgery there's a diagnosis followed by a misdiagnosis, a setback then a bogus time table. I swear this happens damn near every time.
You remember when they made it seem like Deng was faking an injury but his leg was actually broke? When he supposedly had the flu but ended up in the hospital barely alive? When Noah had minor offseason surgery.. Come to find out he had microfracture knee surgery. When Jimmy hurt his knee, sat out, played 47 minutes the night after a b2b and fukked it up again. Have a friend in the Navy lose his recently and he just told me he didn't lose weight.
I still don't trust the med staff though. As good of a hospital as Rush is I don't like the seemingly suspicious amount of complications.

I think pau is a quality big, but as I been saying all season, if he is leaving, which is very possible it would be wise for us to get assets for him, and if it takes 20 mill to keep him, again, get assets now for him rather than lose him for nothing.
Sadly, just adding a couple quality role players to support rose, jimmy, pau, moore , taj is apparently too tough of a task for this front office to pull off, so getting future assets might be the best way to go.
The real answer, is get gar pax the hell outta here tho. The fact you fire thibs and find no sense of urgency to salvage this season if not just to not look like complete idiots to the entire league tells me these clowns just don't have it in them to make great moves. We need to find a gm who can make the great moves.

where was all this backlash when pau and jimmy got days off for rest, which is essentially what that Charlotte game was for rose?! Are these people serious right now?! Look I don't like the day off shyt either I did enjoy the grit and grind of those thibs teams but you can't point out rose sitting as some isolated incident when days of rest have been granted to everyone else. And you can't come up with irrational reasons why it's okay for jimmy and pau and not for rose. This has been the standard set by the team. That was unfair commentating from people still trying to find a way to single out players for the front office failures. The fact you minus a rose and jimmy and you look so horrible is a testament to a very poor roster. I never expected them to win that game, but those role players you selected to build the team with had a shot to show they ass while the 2 leading scorers were out and they all wet the bed. It was a direct shot towards those claiming rose and jimmy style of play held some of these guys back, they ain't shyt regardless.

I won't nitpick, I could argue that the kings game was a rest game for jimmy, and we know what's up with pau, point still remains the same.
Jimmys body was breaking down and he should have sat more games imo
He probably wouldn't be out for 4 weeks if the team had any sense and did this
And seriously, whoever put out the release that Rose was sitting for general soreness has absolutely no pulse for anything. Right when I saw that, and knowing Jimmy was out, I knew a firestorm was coming
Who is this Spongebob head-shaped Neanderthal? He's citing the 1st qt of last game as being evidence that the team had a defeatest attitude without Rose playing, but yet the score & point differential in the 1st qt in their first meeting vs. the Hornets (with a full compliment of players sans Dunleavy) and this last game was almost the exact same (20-37 1st qt last game/20-38 the first meeting). Rose wasn't going to help "bolster morale" just by being out there to the tune of making up a damn near a -20 point hole, especially if he wasn't moving right like the staff said
. Dudes like Melo, and Howard, who hasn't had nearly the injury history that Rose has had, barely even play back-to-back these days, and in Howard case, he sits out because of "rest". He's still on pace to play 70 games for this trash ass squad.As for tonight's game?

That was my whole point, it's been a general understanding that players would occasionally get rest, so why the fake outrage for last game?
I just find it very convenient that every time some fire starts pressing the front office a new controversial story on a player suddenly arises. Whether it's the fake rose vs jimmy beef, jimmy being a diva, rose off court issues, noah not liking hoiberg, jimmy calling out hoiberg, now general soreness gate, the deflection tactics are looking so see through.
I'm starting to think the person who put out "general soreness" did it purposely to get some heat off gar pax.
