Noah is healthy and it's showing. This team is trending in the right direction. Still has a lot of defensive problems, but if Noah can stay healthy and play like this, we'll be fine.

Niko needs to come out of this "funk" tho cuz right now it's looking real

We need Niko playing at a high level to be competitive w/ the elite teams.

It was always presumed that niko would take 2-3 years to really develop his nba game, but I thought he might have matured early this year, but apparently he still needs some work on his tangibles.

If his outside shot not falling he needs to do other things. Get to the line, defend better etc. Hoiberg clearly is not thibs and will go with the guy playing better at the time. Taj will start taking minutes from niko if he does not get better.

If klay is on you can make a case because they aren't many dominant two guards like that

klay has not been that good this season. jimmy has been shytting on him in every statistical category other than 3 point shooting. and even in that regard, klay only shoots 1% better than jimmy from long range.

noah is going to have to rebound and defend at a rodman level if he's gonna be converting baskets at around 30% this year.

That block was pretty much all ball. He may have grazed PG's hand/wrist after the release but he got the ball w/ his fingertips. Refs not gonna call that BS, especially not on the home court. Gorgeous block.

all this, plus they ain't gonna call an all-nba caliber defender when he's pretty much getting all ball. jimmy's reputation on defense is going to get him the benefit of the doubt. plus he had 5 fouls, and it'd be to foul him out in that manner.

with how he's playing, I'd be happy with him converting 1/2 his layups and dunk attempts. he can't hit FT's, so expecting him to hit a 15' jumper is not a realistic expectation right now.

Noah plays a lot of minutes vs the opposing teams 2nd unit. He better kill them on the glass lol

So far I like how hoiberg is managing the rotations. He not loyal to a fault like thibs, if you got it going you get the minutes, if you are slumping, he sits you. I think he reading the coli because everything we ask for hoiberg does lol wanted less brooks, we got less brooks, wanted to see what doug could do in the starting line up, we saw it, I like snell better there tho based on defense.

I'm just hoping some team out there really feels like we giving noah a bad deal in chicago and offer us something nice for him by the deadline. I want portis on the floor. And we still could use another wing.
