Look at Gar Forman’s sterling record as a GM:

-drafted Taj Gibson (wait, no, that was Matt Lloyd)
-drafted Jimmy Butler (nope, also Matt Lloyd)
-overpaid Carlos Boozer (then used the amnesty clause on him)
-acquired Kyle Korver (then gave him away for nothing)
-acquired Omer Asik (then let him go for nothing)
-acquired Ronnie Brewer and CJ Watson (then declined their options)
-drafted Marquis Teague (despite Thibs’ insistence they draft Draymond Green)
-drafted Tony Snell (for personal reasons)
-traded 2 1st round picks and 2 2nd round picks to draft Doug McDermott (for personal reasons)
-drafted Cameron Bairstow (for personal reasons)
-fell ass backwards into drafting Bobby Portis
-hired Tom Thibodeau (then fired the best coach since Phil Jackson… for personal reasons)
-re-signed Jimmy Butler to a max contract (so they are paying him $16m+ a year now instead of signing his extension for $12m a year)
-hired Fred Hoiberg (for personal reasons)
-kept the exact same roster after hiring Hoiberg because he thought Thibs was the only real issue the team had
-overpaid Kirk Hinrich’s corpse (for personal reasons)
-acquired Pau Gasol (then used him to push DPOY Joakim Noah out of position, out of the starting rotation, and likely out of Chicago)
-signed E’Twaun Moore
-traded Luol Deng (for cap space [cap space doesn’t play SF])
-re-signed Aaron Brooks (instead of getting a real backup PG with the MLE)
-wants to trade Joakim Noah and Taj Gibson, instead of Pau Gasol who will opt out and wants more money
-wants to re-sign Pau Gasol for more money
-has never made a trade to improve the roster
-widely complained about Thibs’ rotation minutes with Jimmy Butler, but hasn’t said a word now that Fred is doing exactly the same thing

Two big reasons for being here were Thibs and the team's good record, both of which are gone.

He is already showing signs of not liking Fred. The team will continue to be in shambles.

Yes we will be one of the teams trying to overpay for his services but he isn't gonna return. Pau already stressed testing FA and even got a new agent. The whole point of being on a low contract was to help make good moves of which none were done. Big of a market Chicago is he knows it isn't worth staying. They even brought back the same exact team. He's not stupid. Pau's gonna bolt unless we give him an exceedingly retarded payday for a 36 year old center. And I stress on retarded.
