Glad I wasn't the only one watching that game vs. the Kings like ":lupebulls:" as the ball continuously moved, and the role players got some great shots because of it. There was no struggle handles out there, or jab stepping 10 times before taking a contested mid-range jumper. Everybody played within themselves and despite the Bulls making it harder on themselves down the stretch, it was much more aesthetically pleasing to the eyes to watch the ball move like that....
Hoiberg early on tried to cut down on Jimmy's minutes too, but after he said he wanted to be coached harder, he started playing the exact same minutes pattern that he did under Thibs, and now the nikka knee hurts from doing the most

. He's trying, but he need not let the individual accolades come at the expense of overall team success. He has to know his limits & role - that also makes for a great player.
