I'm all in on the first deal ..but we know the sad truth is the FO neither has the balls or creativity to get it done

If it did by some 'miracle of god ' happen to take place , it will be sad to see Noah go .. ..But he ain't playing again this year anyways

Tell FO to get in his ear befor the move ( let him know this is just a strategic move for the future ), let him know he is wanted nxt year but at the discount rate



Truth is best case scenario is we get McLemore and this FO over pays and we give up to much

Already have a promising looking big in Portis. Would just have to find a center and fill the backup spots with FA signings

Niko/Portis should project to be a decent PF rotation

Sacramento counters the initial deal with that offer, but if the Bulls can somehow get Gay and keep McDermott that's a big win for them. And if they are handing them a 1st Rounder, the Bulls might not need to add Doug anyway.

I know I'd rather go forward with Rose, McLemore, Gay and Cousins, than Rose, McLemore, Butler and Gay with a thin frontcourt. At least with the first option you can sign shooters and defenders to what would be one of the best starting lineups from 1-5. If Portis doesn't work out - or is destined for a bench role, then what?
